At Auto Trim DESIGN, we create custom visual solutions that bring brands to life, whether on vehicles, walls, or other surfaces, helping clients make a strong and memorable impression. This time, Saputo, a leading cheese manufacturer and fluid milk and cream processor in Canada, approached us to create a festive and visually engaging environment for their office holiday party. The goal was to make their boardroom feel vibrant, welcoming, and brand-forward, without the space feeling cold or uninspiring.
Saputo wanted a design that could showcase their products and brand in a fun, engaging way while remaining suitable for year-round use. The project presented several challenges: no specific budget was provided, the installation needed to be removable yet long-lasting, and the surfaces, including drywall and laminated MDF, are notoriously tricky for adhesives to hold securely.
To overcome these challenges, we selected a Drytac product manufactured in Canada, which adheres effectively to low surface energy surfaces without damaging paint and requires no special tools for removal. This material, paired with our bold, bright white print surface, allowed Saputo’s sustainable inks to stand out truly.
We designed a full wall wrap and matching table runner that highlighted Saputo’s products and brand identity in an engaging and festive manner. The project relied heavily on the high-quality design files provided by Saputo’s design team, which enabled a smooth and precise production process.
The finished installation was met with excitement by the staff, who gathered to see the transformation and inquired about creating similar solutions in other areas. The project achieved a five-star result: the visuals remain installed today and are expected to be refreshed for the upcoming holiday season.
This project demonstrates that with the right materials and creative approach, even standard office surfaces can be transformed into dynamic, brand-forward spaces. A dull grey office is no longer the default, whether it’s a wall wrap, a wall mural, or a wall decal, vinyl wraps can bring colour, life, and brand presence to any flat surface in a cost-effective way.
