PRINTING
With our equipment we are able to digitally print on a wide array of
material that come on rolls such as vinyl, banner, paper, canvas, and even
styrene. Our printer enables us to print at a true 720 x 720 dpi which
gives us astonishing quality with out sacrificing speed.
DIRECT TO SUBSTRATE PRINTING
This flatbed and Roll-to-roll UV printer delivers superior photorealistic
quality and high production speeds. At speeds of 1100 square feet per
hours, achieving a true 1000dpi. This enables us to output high resolution
graphics without sacrificing speed!
CNC CUT, ROUTER AND CREASING
Once we have printed on a substrate the production process
isn't complete until it has gone through a finishing
process. Our CNC equipment gives us the the ability to cut, router and
crease various materials such as vinyl, banner, aluminum composite, solid
and corrugated plastics, foam core, Plexiglas, and card stock materials
with speed and superb accuracy!
THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTING
Thermal transfer printing is a very specific and unique form of small
format roll to roll printing. With print quality up to 600 dpi, and the
ability to hit 3700 various full and spot colours other printers
can't hit.
COLOUR MATCHING
In this industry colours are one of the most important part of the digital
printing world. All our prints are profiled to match industry standard
pantone colors We have also diversified our printers to give us the ability
to hit difficult colors for normal CMYK printers such as true grey and
opaque white. |

installers who have the proper training with 3M™, and maintain a
3M™ preferred installation status. Our professional installation team
has over 80 years of experience installing vinyl to vehicles, concrete,
brick, glass, drywall, and plastics. In addition to installing our team
also has experience in removing vinyl from a variety of different
applications.
